Web Strategy & Marketing Scholarship

The Web Association is currently accepting applications for our Web Strategy & Marketing Scholarship.

Four Northeast Ohio students will be awarded a $500 scholarship, after completing a 5-week "internship" rotating between top local interactive agencies and corporations.

During the internship, students will be lead through a hands-on work experience of updating the Web Association website - www.webassociation.org. Topics covered include website strategy, information architecture, wire frames & design, usability and search engine marketing.

Companies participating in the program include American Greetings Interactive and Optiem, among others to be announced. This is a great way for students to network and get exposure to local companies prior to graduation.

The internship begins on Wednesday, October 15th, and runs weekly through Wednesday November 12th from 6p - 8p. Students are required to be able to provide their own transportation, and attend all five sessions. All four selected students who complete the five-week program will be awarded a $500 scholarship ($2,000 total).
